21 Savage is clamoring for an end to the endless violence going on in the world.
“I wish all this violence would stop it seems like it’s more hate than love in the universe right now!” 21 tweeted on Monday (July 12).
Some Twitter users found his tweet contradictory considering the kind of music he makes.
21 is popular for his opp raps, but he still does a lot for his community. Last year, the Atlanta rapper launched a nationwide virtual financial literacy program, which also came alongside a hundred $1,000 scholarships for high schoolers across the U.S.
Regardless of the good intentions behind his tweet, fans ignored the message and went after the messenger who they believe is a purveyor of violent music.
