Shahana was a well-known Malayalam actress and model, who was discovered dead in her rented home around 11.30 p.m. yesterday.
Shahana was reportedly 20 years old at the time of death, as she was a Kasaragod native who was discovered hanging from her window railing at ParambilBazar. The location is around 14 kilometers from Kozhikode City.
Shahana was married to Sajjad, and he was arrested and is being questioned by the officers.
Shahana Model Cause Of Death Revealed
Sajad was Shahana husband, who is a Parambil Bazar native, has been apprehended by police for interrogation. The couple married a year and a half ago.
Before her death, the two reportedly had a disagreements and fight for unknown causes. On the day of the occurrence, relatives claim that there was a huge fight.
According to Malayalam-indiatoday, her demise was deemed unnatural, and the Chevayur police have chosen to hold an inquest headed by the RDO.
Shahana seems to have committed suicide by hanging herself from the window of her leased apartment. However, her family claims it to be a planned murder. The police are currently investigating the case and the details will follow soon.
Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) has chosen Chevayur officers to conduct the interrogation with her husband who is a prime suspect in the murder. May her soul rest in peace.
