Salvo Nicosia, Aleberta Ferretti’s publicist who was born in Sicily, and he studied Political Science and International Relations at Cesare Alfieri in Florence before traveling to Milan to work in public relations and communications for fashion and luxury companies like Anteprima and Dolce & Gabbana, where he spent over a decade.
