Ariana Grande delivers her fourth studio album, Sweetener.
Other contributors on the 15-track album include Missy Elliot, Max Martin and Pharrell Williams.
Hours before “Sweetner” arrived, the pop princess stopped by The Tonight Shows Starring Jimmy Fallon to promote the album. In honor of the later Aretha Franklin who passed away on Thursday (Aug. 16), the recently engaged Ariana with help from The Roots band decided to use her time on the show to tribute the late queen of soul with a rendition of her 1967 classic “(You Make Me Feel) A Natural Woman.”
Thank you @ArianaGrande
for putting together a beautiful opening of our show honoring our friend, the legendary Aretha Franklin. I know it’s a big night for Ariana – but this is what great people do when they know we need them to be there for us. #ArianaOnFallon
