The court heard from her as she appeared by video deposition. In response to a question from one of Depp’s lawyers, she walked through notes she had taken during their first meeting in August 2014 regarding her treatment of Heard.
While giving her testimony, the nurse’s notes were read aloud, revealing that Heard was addicted to cocaine and liquor. She added, “She does not smoke but reported that she drinks 1-3 glasses of red wine a day.”
Amber Heard denied giving background medical and mental health information to her medical provider.
This also detailed that Heard reports a history of substance abuse, including an addiction to cocaine and liquor. She also admitted that her client has a history of anxiety, eating disorder, attention deficit disorder, bipolar disorder, codependency issues and occasional insomnia.
Falati is not the only one testifying Amber heard was a drug addict. The actor previously stated that his ex-wife was a big fan of MDMA and magic mushrooms and also claimed he saw her take the former nearly 20 times during their relationship.

Amber Heard’s former nurse testified that she had a history of bipolar disorder. Which is not yet Confirmed.
it was testified that Deep was diagnosed with one. One of the witnesses, Dr. David Kipper, appeared in a prerecorded deposition and testified that he has diagnosed Depp with many disorders, including ADHD, bipolar, insomnia, substance dependence, and chronic reflux.
However, he confirmed that he had never witnessed violence between Depp and Heard but he had seen the aftermath of an incident at a rented house in Australia with blood and broken glass around the house.
