She complained to her superior about the deplorable behavior, but the complaint never made it to HR.
She has managed to stay alive in the environment for about two years. Countless men have approached her over the last two years. Ashley has no choice but to leave the company at the end of the day. According to the Verge, Ashley wanted to tell her tale so that newbies to the space business are aware that physical violence and harassment should not be condoned.
Ashley Kosak is a former employee who joined SpaceX in 2017 as an intern. She later became a full-time member of the team as a build reliability engineer in 2019 and was eventually promoted to mission integration engineer. She had been employed for more than two years. Kosak presently works for Apple as an operations program manager, according to her personal Linkedin page. In November, she left Space X and began working for Apple in December 2021.
