Ashley Lockhart Death – Ashley Lockhart was brutally stabbed to death just after 8 a.m. Saturday in 54th & Chestnut St., Philadelphia. The victim suffered multiple stab wounds, including one to the face.
After they were informed of the incident, police discovered her body around 8:25 a.m. on the same day. In her early 30s, the woman was found dead inside a gold Honda Odyssey on the 5300 block of Chestnut Street.
State Rep. Amen Brown informed that Ashley had a current Protection From Abuse (PFA) against her boyfriend. A 34-year-old man, believed to be the person of interest, is reportedly in police custody.
A CCTV footage from a local shop showed a man entering the gold car and stabbing the woman repeatedly. According to sources, the crime was so grotesque that the knife was still embedded in the woman’s face when the police arrived.
“On Saturday, August 6, 2022, Ashley Lockhart was taken so tragic and sudden from her 6 beautiful daughters and family and loved ones,” the details read, “Ashley was an amazing Mother, dedicated working Mother, and devoted Mother. She loved all of her children, devoted her time and energy, and made sacrifices for them that they will forever remember.”
The fundraiser, named 6 Charms, as Ashley used to call her girls, was created for the welfare of the little girls and has received overpouring support from the people.
