Avon Morgan Death – We are extremely devastated and saddened to announce the death of Avon Morgan, 38, a Bergen County assistant prosecutor, has been identified as the victim in a Friday ftl motorcycle crash in Bergen County, New Jersey.
Avon Morgan of Ridgewood, was killed in a two-vehicle motorcycle crash in Hackensack Friday afternoon.
Avon Morgan was operating a motorcycle on Essex Street near East Railroad Avenue in Hackensack, when the bike came into contact with an SUV around 4 p.m. Friday.
Avon Morgan was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The SUV driver was transported to an area hospital complaining of neck pain.
No one was cited at the scene.
Avon Morgan worked in the General Litigation Department, with a concentration in matrimonial litigation and municipal court litigation. He was previously was an administrative specialist with the Superior Court and got his J.D. degree from New York Law School.
