Brody Sanders Death – We are extremely devastated to announce the death of Brody Sanders, 16, of Paris, Illinois, who has been identified as the teenager killed in a Saturday morning vehicle crash in Edgar County.
Brody Sanders, a junior at Paris High School, died in a single-vehicle crash early Friday morning.
Briar Sanders, 19, was operating an SUV on South High Street near East Madison Street in Paris, when the vehicle came into contact with a fire hydrant Friday around 2 a.m.
Briar was transported to an area hospital where he remains in stable condition.
Brody, who was ejected from the vehicle during the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
