Carol Ecker Death – We are extremely devastated to announce the death of Carol Ecker, 64, of Kansas City, Missouri, Justin Ecker, of Lees Summit, Missouri and Jonathan Ecker, of Rosendale, Missouri, have been identified as the victims in a Thursday triple-fatal vehicle crash in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota.
They all died in an Suv crash involving a big-rig near Willmar Thursday night. Jennifer Mcginness, 35, of Elmo, Missouri, was critically injured.
Justin Ecker was operating an SUV on Highway 40 near Willmar, when the vehicle came into contact with a semi-tractor hauling a milk tanker, operated by 57-year-old Ralph Enderle of Raymond. The tank fell on the SUV during the wreck.
All three family members died of injuries suffered in the crash at the scene. Mcginness was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The semi driver was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
