Chris Brown was scheduled to appear in court today for the misdemeanor assault case he was charged with last month, but his appearance has been waived by a Washington DC judge so that the R&B singer does not have to leave rahab where he currently stays.
In case you missed it, Chris was arrested back in October for allegedly attacking a man outside the W. Hotel.
