After confessing to stabbing her three infant children in January 2015, Christina Booth of Washington was arrested and charged with attempted murder.
In the early hours of January 25, 2015, Christina Booth called 911 to report that her babies were wailing incessantly and that they needed medical assistance.
When two Olympia police officers arrived at the Booth residence, they found 6-month-old twin girls weeping uncontrollably on the couch with their necks bleeding.
One of the officers went upstairs and discovered a third child, a 2-year-old girl, who was covered in blood and resting on a bed, according to court filings.
Booth was apprehended and taken to the police station, where she confessed to attempting to murder the girls so that her husband,

According to authorities, she may have been overloaded by the obligations of caring for a 2-year-old daughter and 6-month-old twins.
After undergoing surgery at a hospital approximately a half-hour drive from Tacoma, her children were placed in protective custody.

While waiting for Christina to call an ambulance, Thomas, a Special Forces man, grabbed his medical kit and tried to stop the twins from bleeding, according to authorities.

They were both content with their own families and children, until Christina was sentenced to prison after stabbing her own three children for making a noise in January 2015.
According to detectives, the woman drank two glasses of wine before the incident in order to stop her children from weeping.
Prosecutors told a judge that alcohol had a role in the crime and that Booth posed a threat to herself and her children.
