“Come Dance With Me” competitor Nadya Wayment, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who believes that putting patients first is the greatest way to give the best possible treatment.
Dr. Wayment is originally from Ukraine and hails from a family with a long history in the medical field. Her mother worked as a pediatrician, and she instilled in her the loving and preventative methods that she employs in her clinic today.
When Nadya Wayment agreed to allow her 13-year-old son, Connor, to audition to be a TV dance competition, she had no idea that it would mean she’d end up in the CBS collection alongside him a few months later.
Alternatively, she may embark on a voyage to the other side of the planet with Connor. Nevertheless, she combined her medical appointments with her performance schedule.
When Connor approached her and asked her to be his grown-up accomplice, she didn’t immediately comply, claiming she was terrified. She went on to say that she was well aware, this was no joke, and that it was going to be quite strong.
A large number of Utahns have children that like dancing. Connor has been competing as a ballroom dancer for more than six years and has won numerous awards.
Nadya has been taking him to and from rehearsals and tournaments, just like a lot of other Utah mothers and fathers have been doing. They are residents of Ogden. Conner’s initial studio was located in Syracuse, New York. They are now required to commute to the Strictly Ballroom studio in Orem, Utah.
Dr. Nadya Wayment is 46 years old and has been practicing medicine for 15 years. On the internet, there are no details regarding her husband to be discovered.
In her undergraduate studies, Dr. Wayment attended Weber State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Her medical education continued at the Bukovynian State Medical Academy, where she graduated with honors in 2009.
Additionally, she is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, in addition to being board-certified in family medicine.
She formerly worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, MountainStar Primary Care, the George E. Wahlen Ogden Veterans’ Home, Ogden Regional Medical Center, and Cold Creek Behavioral Health before joining the Tanner Clinic team.
Spending time with her family and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, boating, skiing, and snowmobiling are some of Dr. Wayment’s favorite pastimes.
