The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 63-year-old Fernley man who was last seen over the weekend.
Police said Alan Corridori was seen by his family at about 9:30 p.m. on April 16 when he told them he was headed to bed.
Corridori is described as approximately 5-foot-10-inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds. He has short brown hair, brown eyes and wears glasses but he does not have them with him. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, grey or blue flannel shirt and jeans. Police said he does not have his car, phone or wallet.
The Storey County Sheriff’s Office released new information on the 63-year-old, Fernley man, Alan Corridori who went missing on April 16 and was put on Silver Alert.
On April 19, Corridori was found by a hiker in an area called “Sand Dunes” at the eastern part of Storey County. Officials say that Corridori died of self-inflicted gunshot wound from a gun he purchased last year. The investigation and final autopsy report is still underway.
