Michael K. Williams Cause Of Death Revealed
Michael K. Williams died of accidental overdose according to The Chief Medical Examiner in New York.
TMZ reports the five-time Emmy Award nominee’s manner of death was acute intoxication due to a lethal combination of fentanyl, p-fluorofentanyl, heroin and cocaine.
Williams, 54 was found dead in his Brooklyn apartment September 6 by his nephew. Authorities suspected The Wire actor died of an overdose because of the drug paraphernalia at the scene.
“Oh damn he smoked that little blue cap out of juke box bag. hey catch Raising Kanan this weekend,” 50 captioned an Instagram post after learning cause of Williams’ death.
50 Cent still won’t let the dead rest in peace.
Lil Wayne & Rich The Kid Announce Joint Album ‘Trust Fund Babies’
Lil Wayne and Rich The Kid are combining talents for a new joint project called Trust Fund Babies.
Rich The Kid made the announcement on his socials earlier this week along with the illustrated cover artwork, which features them as babies surrounded by piles of cash.
“Me & @liltunechi album Trust Fund Babies dropping Oct 1st,” he wrote in his caption.
The two have collaborated before on tracks including the remix to “Talk to Me” and last year’s “Body Bag.”
21 Savage Charged With Drug And Gun Possession,
21 Savage turned himself in to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office after a warrant was issued on suspicion of felony drug possession and weapons possession stemming from his 2019 arrest by ICE.
The warrant alleges that during a stop on the evening of his ICE arrest, the rapper threw out a bottle of liquid that later tested positive for codeine. A handgun was also reportedly found inside the car.
In a statement released to TMZ, his attorneys claim that he was not aware of the warrant, which was sought Sept. 7, until Thursday.
“The warrant appears to have been sought at the behest of ICE, as the warrant was issued in the eve of an Immigration Court hearing in Mr. Joseph’s deportation proceeding, and is based upon events that transpired on the evening that ICE arrested Mr. Joseph over 2 and one half years ago,” said Charles Kuck, who represents 21 Savage in his immigration case.
ICE is still attempting to deport 21 Savage back to England. A hearing on his immigration status is scheduled for Nov. 1.
“There is no legitimate basis for these charges nor for ICE’s continued antics, and we will fight until Mr. Joseph is justly vindicated,” Knuck added.
T.I. Challenges 50 Cent To A Verzuz At ‘BMF’ Premiere
While performing at the premiere event for Black Family Mafia, held in Atlanta, September 23. T.I. took a moment to issue another Verzuz challenge to 50 Cent.
“Hey 50, we got to do this Verzuz, man,” he said as the DJ began playing “Whatever You Like.” He continued, “Give them what the people want to see, man!”
Despite Tip’s insistence on battling Fifty, the G-Unit rapper revealed he’s not interested in doing a Verzuz because everyone is back outside.
“I thought Verzuz was something we did when we was stuck in the house,” said Fif, who was previously open to battling The Game. “As soon as we got out of the house to come back outside, Verzuz didn’t make sense to me. Verzuz to me, that showed up and was the hottest thing. I was paying attention to it, watching it like everybody else. As soon as we could go back outside, I don’t know why we still doing it.”
Sounds like player hating to me.
