Evangelista Santo, Cris Cyborg’s ex-husband, was her ex-husband. He competed professionally as a mixed martial artist from 1997 to 2016.
He retired in January 2017 and spent a year coaching in Curitiba, Brazil. In early 2018, he returned to the United States and is now coaching at his gym in Texas. In August 2018, Santos revealed that he would not be competing again. However, their union was short-lived, and they divorced in December 2011. Following the divorce, Cyborg began dating Ray Elbe. Elbe is also a professional MMA fighter with four championships under his belt and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Cris Cyborg is engaged to her current partner, ‘Magical’ Ray Elbe. He also has a professional MMA record of 23-11.
