The tragic death of CVS employee Donnell Hicks has hit his world so hard, as he was shot dead at his place of work in Peachtree City on Wednesday.
Donnell Hicks was a CVS employee who appeared to be working as a store manager at CVS Health in Peachtree City. As per a Linkedin profile, Hicks has been associated with CVS since March 2018.
Donnell once worked as an executive team leader at Target from July 2016 to February 2018.
Hicks is making headlines on the internet after his death news surfaced. For your information, recently, a shooting incident happened in Peachtree City on Wednesday in which one person was injured and one was killed. The dead person is reported to be Donnell Hicks.
Donnell Hicks was a CVS employee who passed away following a fatal shooting that happened in Peachtree City on Wednesday. Besides, Peachtree City police, at around 7:40 a.m., answered the CVS pharmacy on Ga. Highway 54 East and Lexington Circle about a person possibly shot.
The news was shared by the Peachtree City Police Department spokesman Chris Hyatt. He said that one male victim was found dead in front of the store, and it was identified as Donnell Hicks.
The police department revealed that Hicks was a CVS employee. Moreover, the store was closed today as police restarted their homicide investigation. Some report says nobody else was injured in the shooting in the retail area across from the Publix Shopping Center and within walking space of McIntosh Hi
He was killed in Peachtree City at his workplace. The murder suspect, Marlon Jones, was taken into custody.
Meanwhile, the shooting happened outside of the store on Lexington Circle. The police department has revealed that the suspect and the victim knew each other. They are still in the investigation phase, but it is believed to be domestic-related.
One witness said he heard the gunshots as the gunfire went off in a busy shopping center off Floy Farr Parkway, not far from McIntosh High School. Officers said the suspect stayed on the scene after the shooting, and after calling 911, he told the dispatcher he shot the man.
The age of Donnell Hicks was 35 years at the time of his death. Besides, Hicks appeared to be living in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Not much is known about his early life or family background, but we are sure that they are deeply devasted by the death of their member.
Hicks went to Sanford Seminole high school. After that, he attended Ashford University, where he earned his bachelor’s and Masters’s degree. May his soul rest in peace.
