Debanhi Escobar was 18 years old when was reported missing, on April 9, 2022, and was missing for 10 days, and now she was eventually found dead in Cisterna Motel.
After she went missing, Debanhi Escobar was found dead in a subterranean water tank near the Cisterna motel.
Debanhi reportedly went out partying with a group of friends, raised fear and worry after she did not return back home. What happened was after the party, other girls (her friends) left her and called a taxi from a trusted ride company.
She was abandoned by the taxi driver in the middle of a dark road. Debanhi’s father believes that it was perhaps because the driver sexually harassed her which resulted in her getting out of the taxi.
After 11 days of her disappearance, no clues were found until the hotel staff smelled a fetid odor coming from the area.
In a Transportes video or photo, Debanhi can be seen walking in the direction of a transport company known as Transport Internacionales Alcosa. Even her cell phone traced her for the last time between the Nueva Castilla motel and a transportation company.
As noted in Aristeguinoticias, her death was caused by a deep skull contusion as reportedly stated by NL Prosecutor’s Office.
Mario Escobar and mother Dolores Bazaldua, did not give up on the search for his precious daughter, who had not returned home.
Though after long days of search the teenager was found, it ended up in disappointment as she was found dead and resulted in a mysterious death.
The father of Debanhi Escobar even shared his grievance to the media telling that the prosecutors did not do their job properly.
Recently, her father told in the interview that it was all a setup to hide the truth of what actually happened to Debanhi. Mario also believes and confirms that his daughter’s body was planted in a canker.
The missing case of Debanhi Escobar has been solved after her body was discovered, but sadly a dead body. With this, the investigation of what actually had the girl gone through to end up in a 12-foot-deep water tank is still ongoing.
Her last photo of her being left alone and standing on the outskirts of the city of Monterrey went viral. That photo where she was wearing a white top and a brown frock gave a clue that she was left by the taxi driver on the outskirts.
It is found that the driver took the photo to show that Debanhi got out of his car on will and was alive on April 8.
