Drake makes a triumphant return with two in your face singles.
On the first single “God’s Plan,” produced by Cardo, Boi-1da and Yex – Drizzy reflects on his fears of being attached.
“She say, “Do you love me?” I tell her, “Only partly,” he raps. “I only love my bed and my momma, I’m sorry.”
On the hard-hitting Diplomatic Immunity, the “Views” rapper boasts about inventing the six, his hate for traveling, women trying to take advantage of him and losing J. Lo in 2017.
The Boi-1da and Nick Brongers produced-track also contains a slight jab at Joe Budden.
“Shit is complex like short niggas ’round tall ladies, I gotta watch who I’m talkin’ to like it’s all agents,” he raps. “I’ve seen buddin’ (Joe Budden) careers turn to sit around and talk about other careers, judgin’ their peers, knowledge from niggas who did not contribute to none of this here.”
