Kanye West and his five-year old son, Saint West were at the Raymond James stadium on November 22 to watch the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeat the New York Giants 30-10. Before kick off, Saint helped Tom Brady warm up with a little one-on-one while hanging out in one of the stadium’s luxury suites.
In the black-and-white clip filmed and shared by Kanye West on his Instagram, Brady proves his skills are not limited to the football field as he engages in small talk with Saint while they throw the ball back-n-forth.
“You catch it good,” Tom said to Saint at the start of the two minute video. “Say, Daddy, you’re going to have to throw me the ball all the time now,’ Brady adds, before referencing his kids (sons John, 14, and Benjamin, 11, and daughter Vivian, eight) and how he wants them to play catch with him. “I also want my kids to play catch with me and they’re like “Dad, I’ve had enough.”‘
In response, Kanye offered to draw with Brady’s middle child, Benjamin in their next minute as a way of returning the favor. “You can play catch with my son, and I’ll draw with your son… I’m a little bit creative,’ said Kanye West from behind the camera, while his Sunday Service choir’s rendition of Drake’s God’s Plan was playing in the background.
Drake, who was tagged to the video alongside Tom Brady and Kim Kardashian was seemingly appreciative of the gesture and made it known by dropping a sparkling heart and finger’s crossed emoji in the comments.
The two are set to perform together at a Free Larry Hoover concert in Los Angeles on December 9. Tickets are on sale now.
