Frederick Charles Weinspach Death, Obituary – Cause Of Death

On June 17, 2022, Clifton resident Frederick Charles Weinspach, 86, passed away. He was raised in Lyndhurst after being born in Newark and moved to Clifton many years ago. Veteran of the US Navy, Fred operated Fred’s Gulf Station in Clifton for many years before retiring to work as a mechanic for Montclair State University. Fred belonged to the Rand Rod & Gun Club and volunteered for the Wall Township first aid team. Geraldine’s beloved husband of 64 years (Tucci).

Devoted father to Marie Frank and her husband Jay of Wayne, Frederick Michael Weinspach of Clifton, and Donna Benavente and her fiancé Carmen Blasi of Fairfield. Grandfather to Matthew, Alexa, Jason and Sara, who is engaged to Jason, and Lindsey. Dear brother of Kathy Taylor, Karen Gamble, and Barbara Bogie. Wednesday visiting hours are from 4 to 8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home in Clifton, at 639 Van Houten Avenue.
