Heather Singleton and Elizabeth Goins died after they were struck by a big-rig in Winston-Salem early Saturday morning.
Heather Singleton and Elizabeth Goins had exited their vehicles on US-52 near Ziglar Road in Winston-Salem, when an 18-wheeler, operated by 60-year-old Bradley Perry, crashed into the women and their stopped vehicles around 1:23 a.m. Saturday.
Heather Singleton and Elizabeth Goins were pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
