Nicolas Kyle Hoffman was found guilty of offense, he is a Maryland teen, who was sentenced to 25 years in prison in 2018.
Nicolas was found guilty of running over a fellow high school student for allegedly stealing drugs, and was charged with attempted murder.
Hoffman is seen speeding into and over 16-year-old Logan Dandley in the video. Nicholas could be seen behind the wheel of a car purposefully accelerating and running over Logan Dandley.
Hoffman was seen on camera purposefully speeding into the boy before fleeing the scene, according to Anne Arundel County prosecutors.
Hoffman purposefully ran into the victim, according to two witnesses. The victim was thrown up onto the car before collapsing into the street, according to the video.
He then makes a sarcastic remark, implying that he is unconcerned about the victim’s well-being.
According to police documents, Dandley allegedly took marijuana from a friend of Hoffman’s, and Hoffman subsequently ran him over as revenge, which happened 3 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2017, at Fairhill Drive and Londontown Road in Edgewater.
Hoffman was charged with attempted murder as an adult after police said they found a teenager in Edgewater with serious injuries after Hoffman purposely attacked him.
Nicolas has been sentenced to 25 years in jail for running over a fellow high school classmate. On August 23, 2018, Hoffman was found guilty of first-degree attempted murder.
According to Maryland sentencing guidelines, the defendant should receive a term of 10 to 18 years in prison.
