Joelil Foy Death – We are extremely devastated and sad to announce the death of
Joelil Foy, 26, who passed away on July 28, 2022.
Joelil Foy was found with a gunshot wound to the neck in front of his home after the police responded to the 1800 block of Sigel Street around 6:54 p.m.
Joelil Foy was transported to Penn Presbyterian Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 7:20 p.m.
