When being asked to Night if he follows the user on Twitter, Night replied that he has no idea and further doesn’t care or follow that guy on Twitter. Night said in a statement, “I don’t care or further follow That Umbrella Guy.

Heard’s lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, stated to the court that Night followed That Umbrella Guy on Twitter and often spoke to him. On hearing the statement, the witness appeared confused and said it sounded like schizophrenia.
