Karina Yershova’s body was discovered mutilated after she had been tortured, with all of her nails torn from her fingers except one.
Karina was discovered with ‘tears’ and ‘wounds’ all over her body, and her hands were so badly burned that her bones could be seen, while the silver rings, which she wore all the time, remained on her fingers.
Karina was allegedly raped, shot in the back of the head, and dumped in a backyard in Bucha by Russian soldiers.
After Russian forces withdrew earlier this month, more than 400 bodies were discovered.
The assassination of Karina was one of many carried out by Russian soldiers, as Olena’s friend Olesya Vasylets claimed on Facebook that Karina was murdered by Russian ‘racists.’
The police had informed the family. Karina, who had been reported as 16 years old at the time, had been murdered and tortured, but some details were withheld because it was so horrific.’
