We are all deeply saddened to hear of the passing of former Penarth Mayor Ken Lloyd.
Ken was a dedicated member of Cardiff South and Penarth Association for many years, serving as a town councillor and branch officer.

My wonderful Step Father Ken Lloyd, passed away earlier this morning and I will forever be in his debt for the love, care and affection he has given to my Mother particularly in the last few years when she has been unwell.
You were a wonderful grandfather to my children and will be greatly missed.
You were a kind and gentle man and I will be forever in your debt, thank you.
