Kevin Gates is presently being investigated for violation.
Shortly after visiting Master P’s incarcerated brother, C Murder at the Elayn Hunt Correctional Center in St. Gabriel, Louisiana – Gates uploaded a photo of his visit on Instasgram. In the photo (now removed of course), the rapper can be seen flaunting a stack of cash, way more than the allowed amount into such facility.
“As indicated in the photograph, it appears Mr. Gates had a large sum of cash, which is unacceptable, and a violation,” Louisiana Department of Corrections spokesman Ken Pastorick told The Advocate. “It is against Elayn Hunt Correctional Center policy to bring case exceeding $300 into the prison, and any amount above that is considered contraband.”
Taking advantage of the negative press, the “Islah” rapper shares new song titled 83 Babies (I’m In New York Witt It).
Kevin Gates took down the photo but it appears C Murder still has it up on his IG. Guess nobody told him.
