Ever since he had a heart attack, he is committed to shedding the weight, for which he began hiking daily in Los Angeles’ Runyon Canyon.
Smith announced that he had shed 25 pounds and had just two pounds left to lose before meeting his goal.
He also emphasized that exercise is not the key to weight loss in his case. He revealed that he went Vegan. In fact, he was encouraged by his kids to go vegan.
He also incorporated intermittent fasting into his daily routine; he does not eat breakfast and breaks his fast at about 1 or 2 p.m. and he does not eat after 8 o’clock at night.
