Brittany Booker is the mother of six, who was brutally killed in Racine on Sunday by Terry Lee Jackson.
Three women were arrested for assisting in the case, Terry is still on the run for Booker’s death.
Diamond Hood, who was detained Tuesday in connection with Booker’s homicide, was joined by Alicia Skypes and Carmelita Walker, who was detained on Wednesday.
The latter two were arrested in connection with an assault on Booker and another woman that occurred in February. All three have been charged with aiding a criminal.
At about 9:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to Britney Booker’s home in the 1300 block of Villa Street. Authorities discovered Booker dead inside the vehicle after seeing blood inside. Booker had multiple injuries, including a gunshot wound
Throughout the investigation, they were able to identify the vehicle Jackson was driving at the time of the killing. A red Jeep Grand Cherokee was the vehicle in question.
The automobile was discovered in the 5600 block of Byrd Avenue on Monday, and it was registered to Hood. Hood acknowledged having communication with Jackson and agreed to let him drive her car. She also acknowledged that she was aware of Jackson’s arrest warrants.
Criminal Terry Jackson’s present age is 42 years old. According to reports, Terry is armed and dangerous. In addition, Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
Racine Police Chief Maurice Robinson said police and U.S. Marshals have investigated multiple areas in the city for Jackson Jr. However, the research was in vain.
Before the Booker homicide, authorities indicated they were on the lookout for Jackson. According to the US Marshals Service, Jackson assaulted Booker and another individual in February, resulting in arrest warrants.
Moreover, police are keeping silent on the connection between the two incidents, as well as what happened on the day Booker died.
The insight regarding Terry Jackson’s wife and other family details is not made clear.
So far, there is no information on Terry Jackson’s incident’s motive. While police look for Jackson, Booker’s family searches for answers, believing that the person responsible for her death would be caught soon.
Wanted Terry Jackson is still on the run and has yet to be charged criminally, although he is considered a suspect.
