Melissa Guisewhite Death – We are extremely saddened and devastated to announce the death of Melissa Guisewhite, who was stabbed to death by her daughter, Alexa Gallagher, of Tupper Lake, New York.
Alexa Gallagher, of Tupper Lake, New York, has been identified as the suspect in the fatal stabbing of her mother, Melissa Guisewhite in Franklin County Thursday.
Alexa Gallagher, 26, has been charged with the murder of 51-year-old “Missy” Guisewhite on Thursday in the Adirondack village of Tupper Lake
Melissa Guisewhit was found dead inside the home she shared with her daughter at 50 Lakeview Ave in Tupper Lake at around 1 p.m. Thursday.
Alexa Gallagher was later arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
Gallagher is being held in the Franklin County Jail on a no-bail order.
Melissa Guisewhit was originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
