She assumed that using laxatives would flush out the calories.”
Michelle finally realized in her late twenties that her weight had nothing to do with her happiness.

This month, weeks after her explant surgery, the Seduction singer and RuPaul’s Drag Race judge, 50, spoke exclusively to PEOPLE about her health.
The thyroid gland is attacked by Hashimoto’s disease, an autoimmune condition. The artist, who was first diagnosed at the age of 29, has long fought to manage the symptoms, which have included fogginess, hair loss, exhaustion, and weight gain (among others).
Her physicians and surgeons never validated her suspicions that her implants were connected.
Visage is busy doing a documentary about her health crisis. And Michelle is continuing her projects with RuPaul, including filming a British version of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
When asked if the Dj had any regrets about getting implants in the first place, Visage, surprisingly, said no.
