Artem Severiukhin has been banned by the team after his podium incident during the FIA European Karting Championship in Portugal. The 15-year-old pounded his chest and raised his right arm before laughing hard.
His actions is indicated and are interpreted as a Nazi gesture and an investigation by the FIA is currently underway. However, the teenager has denied making such gestures, and according to him, he was just greeting his friends and family.
On April 10, The Russian Go Karter was celebrating his victory in the first round of the FIA European Karting Championships. The competition is currently being held in Portugal.
Speaking of his career, it may turn in a different direction as the FIA is currently conducting an investigation over him. The teenager is a part of a Swedish team, Ward Racing. However, the team has already banned him.
