Craneway Equipment Limited mourns the passing of it’s beloved founder, Peter Archer.
“It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Peter Archer , founder of Craneway Equipment Ltd.,” the business announced via a statement shared on Facebook.
Peter passed away on Friday September 16th at the age of 75. He was the beloved father to Matt Archer, President & CEO of Craneway Equipment.
He was a long time member and retiree of the Local Union 793 Operating Engineers and was highly regarded within the crane rental industry.
Peter enjoyed spending quality time with his family and woodworking: his sense of humour, mentorship and willingness to help others will always be remembered. He will be greatly missed by his wife of over 50 years, his 3 sons, daughter in-laws and 10 grandchildren whom he loved dearly.
