Ramy Iskander is the founder and CEO of Intento Design, with over 20 years of industrial and academic experience in computational design. Dr. Iskander was an associate professor at Pierre and Marie Curie University before creating Intento, where he published over 80 scientific articles in the field of analog design automation.
Ph.D. Iskander served as the scientific coordinator of the European FP7 project AUTOMICS, which focused on circuit design, modeling, and implementation of innovative design approaches for smart power ICs for the automotive industry, from 2012 to 2016.
Dr. Ramy Iskander is the CEO and President of Intento Design, which he founded in 2015. Dr. Iskander received a master’s degree. and Ph.D. Acquired from the Paris Informatics Laboratory 6 (LIP6), Sorbonne University, Paris, France, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. Associate Professor Iskander at LIP6. Prior to his academic career, he worked for more than 10 years with international EDA companies.
Dr. Iskander has published more than 100 articles on automating methods for analog design in nanotechnology, covering modeling, simulation, synthesis, layout generation, and technology transfer. He has served as a reviewer for the French National ANR Project, several book reviews, international conferences and international journal articles.
Dr. Iskander also serves as the scientific coordinator of the European FP7/ICT/Green Car project called AUTOMICS, which covers the modeling and simulation of substrate coupling effects in automotive applications.
