Samuel Ryan Ellis was on-foot in the area of Highway 83 east of Tuscaloosa, when he was struck by a passing Cadillac Escalade operated by a Duncanville woman.
Samuel Ryan Ellis was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
