The tragic incident that led to murder, was due to the fact that Edward Wilkins was having an affair with the wife of Sean Armstead.
The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Buffalo Wild Wings in Wallkill, Orange County, shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Sean Armstead is reportedly 36 years old and a cop of Port Jervis, was suspected of having an affair with the victim’s wife or girlfriend, according to police.
