Soulja Boy Trolls DaBaby With Candy Buying Stunt
Soulja Boy puts DaBaby on game by showing him how to support hustling black kids.
Following DaBaby’s now viral encounter with two hustling kids that ended up with him teaching them a valuable lesson on greed. Big Draco trolls Baby with a clip of him handing out a bankroll to two candy selling teens.
Soulja was stuntin heavy that he even let them keep their box.
Bankroll,” Soulja Boy says in the clip. “Stop playing with them and I don’t want the candy. First rapper to give a n-gga a bankroll and let him keep the candy.”
Earlier this week Baby caught some heat for giving out $4 to two black teens that asked him for donations. In a recent interview with Complex, the North Carolina rapper explained his actions.
“Anytime I buy something from somebody hustling like that like I buy the whole thing especially when its kids,” DaBaby said. “Give them the opportunity to just make it make sense why you want $200 for this. You tell me, ‘Man I usually charge somebody this for the whole box I’m just going to charge you $2 all the way down.’
“I would have looked at them and gave them $1000, but I respect their hustle. I ain’t curse them out, this and that. I gave them knowledge and bought one piece of candy from each of them, then closed the door.”
Is Soulja Boy wrong for enabling the kids? Or is DaBaby right for teaching them a lesson on virtue?
