The body of a man has been found in Gostrey Meadow in Farnham today, Tuesday, May 3rd, say Surrey Police. In a statement to SurreyLive the police said: “Officers are currently on scene at Gostrey Meadow in Farnham following the discovery of a man’s body earlier this morning May 3rd. The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.
You may notice an increased police presence in the area around Gostrey Meadow in Farnham this morning. This is due to a call we received to an incident in the park at around 5.46am.
