Tammy Gilman Perreault Death – We are extremely saddened and devastated to announce the death of Tammy Gilman Perreault, 63, of Surfside Beach, South Carolina, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday freak umbrella accident in Horry County.
Tammy Gilman Perreault died after she was impaled at a Garden City beach umbrella Wednesday afternoon.
Tammy Gilman Perreault was visiting the Garden City Beach, when a beach umbrella carried by the wind, impaled her around 12:40 p.m. Wednesday.
Tammy Gilman Perreault, who suffered chest trauma, was transported to an area hospital, where she later died of injuries suffered in the freak accident.
