Five San Rafael High School students were fed up with playing football late at night in 1971. The five students coined the term “Waldos” as a short form so that no one would have to address them by their full names. Just give Waldos a ring. They are aware of the situation.
Waldos got together for a Safari one day at 4:20 p.m. and smoked all of the Panama Red and Acapulco Gold. Waldos have decided to congregate in the same location. Those five high school students arrived on time, smoking marijuana. They always meet in a deserted location. However, one of the members did not arrive on time that day. The meeting time, as well as the weed selection and their steady soundtrack of New Riders of the Purple Sage, Grateful Dead, and Santana, remained same. 420 eventually became the Waldos’ secret code for when they wanted to smoke.
That’s why the term “420” became popular on the internet. The word 420 was coined by those five high school pupils. Capper, Dave Reddix, Jeffrey, Noel, Larry Schwartz, and Mark Gravitch are their names. As previously stated, when someone was summoned, they were not addressed by their given names. They’re known as Waldos, which is a contraction of Waldo. When they get together, it will be easy to distinguish them because they will all be dressed in the same outfit.
