The rape accusations for Trey Songz keeps piling up.
The U.S singer has been named in a new $20 lawsuit by a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her on March 26, 2016.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the unnamed woman says she had a consensual sexual relationship with the R&B singer before he suddenly turned into a “savage rapist.”
The woman claims while at a house party in Los Angeles, Trey invited her upstairs for what she believed would be consensual sex, but Instead, Trey repeatedly asked her if he could “get that a**” to which she says she repeatedly told him “no” and to stop asking.
In the docs, the woman says Trey ignored her request and decided to force his penis into her ass without her consent. The woman claims she was overpowered and begged Trey to stop, but the singer ignored her screams.
According to the lawsuit, someone entered the room during the alleged assault giving her hope that the “brutal rape” might end, but she says the person quickly left the room and Trey kept raping her.
The woman claims she was only able to escape after Trey finished and stopped raping her … grabbing her clothes, except for her underwear, and running outside to call an Uber.
The Uber driver allegedly noticed her distress state and took her to a hospital for medical check up, and the results showed she had “severe anal tearing that could require surgery.” However, she claims she didn’t name Trey as the culprit because she was “in shock and fearing for her life.”
In a statement to TMZ, Trey Songz via his representative alleges the entire suit is nothing but a money grab, because they believe the woman’s attorney is guilty of witness tampering.
“Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey. Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault.”
The woman’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, is also representing 2 women who are suing Trey for alleged sexual assaults in Miami and New York.
Trey adds the allegations are false and he “looks forward to having the facts fully aired.”
The woman is suing Trey Songz for $20 million in damages.
