
According to TMZ, Troy Ave won’t be charged with murder following the shooting incident which resulted to the death of his body guard, Ronald McPhatter at a T.I concert in Irving plaza last month. He has however been indicted on 5 other felonies.
The BSB rapper is now facing charges on one count of attempted second degree murder and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon. If found guilty, Troy could be spending several years in prison.

His lawyer, Scott Lemon says he will ask the judge to release Troy on bail at his next hearing.
