Amara Marluke is a 19-year-old lady, wh was identified as the victim of momday’s murder.
Her family was notified and little details about her was made known, as they are avoiding the media opinion as possible.
The autopsy conducted shows that Malook died from a gunshot wound and ruled her death a homicide, and the suspect in the Portland murder was arrested in Bend, Oregon.
Her killer is identified as 20-year-old Keenan Harper, who was held in safe custody in the 55,000 block of Homestead Way in Bend after agreeing to surrender to authorities. Members of the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office arrested Harper and brought him back to Portland, where he was released to homicide detectives with the Portland Police Department.
Harper was taken to the Multnomah County Detention Center for second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon.
The victim’s name will be released after the Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office determines the cause and manner of death and informs her family.
On Monday, April 4, 2022, at 1:00 a.m., Central District Police were dispatched to report a shooting near Southwest University Street and Southwest Sixth Avenue. When police arrived, they found an adult woman who had died.
