Wayne Jette Death – We are extremely devastated to announce the death of Wayne Jette, 61, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday vehicle crash near the Naval Air Station Oceana.
Wayne Jette was killed while traveling as a passenger in a single-vehicle crash in Virginia Beach Thursday night.
Wayne Jette was traveling as a passenger in a Jeep on the 2300 block of Harpers Road, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 8:30 p.m. Thursday. The vehicle then flipped over.
Wayne Jette who was ejected during the wreck, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
