Zachary James Carlson was operating a Chevrolet Silverado medium-duty tow truck on Interstate 84 near Exit 23, when the vehicle came into contact with a big-rig around 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Zachary James Carlson was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
