Blaqbonez Recruits Nasty C For ‘Heartbreaker’
After months of build up, which comprised of interviews, freestyles and memes. Blaqbonez dropped his long-awaited debut album “Sex Over Love” on Friday. The 14-track project featured collaborations with Tiwa Savage, Pyscho YP, AQ, Joeboy, Laycon, Superboy Cheque and more.
While it’s still too soon to call, early responses suggest the album will be one of the most streamed projects in Nigeria this year.
Alongside the aforementioned names, Sex Over Love also featured South African rapper Nasty C on track two of the album Heartbreaker.
Over the Beats By Jayy production, the two shining stars turn up the Savage, delivering toxic, but yet honest lines about their bedroom adventures. “Only f***ed you because you stunted on me back when I was average,” Blaq belts.
Nasty C keeps the same energy but at least leaves his women with some bands. He makes it known he’s a “hood nigga and not a good nigga” and ponders if women’s energy would stay the same around him if he wasn’t rich.
