After Billboard insinuated Drake was on the same level as Michael Jackson and The Beatles following the massive suucess of Certified Lover Boy, Social media erupted with passionate debates between Drake fans and music enthusiasts on who the bigger artist really is. Cough… cough… it’s not Drake.
It should be noted that Drake’s CLB has broken Michael Jackson’s record for the most Billboard Hot 100 top 10’s from the same album. MJ’s 1982 blockbuster Thriller previously held the record with seven songs in the top 10.
Drake also has more No. 1 albums (10 to MJ’s 6), most top 10 singles (54 to MJ’s 30), most consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 (431) and most Hot 100 entries (258).
