Hip-Hop mogul Jay-Z is reportedly being sued by Iconix Brand Group for using his company’s logo ” Roc Nation” on Major League Baseball apparel.
According to a TMZ post, Iconix says it paid Jay-Z $204 million dollars for the logo, which gives them full control over where it appears especially when it comes to merchandise.
The company claims they never approved on the logo appearing on MLB products including hats, shirts, hoodies etc… and are now suing Hov, MLB, Roc Nation, New Era, LIDS and the San Francisco Giants for at least million and damages for using the logo without their permission.
