Kanye West Drops ‘DONDA’ Album F. Jay-Z, Kid Cudi & More

Donda has arrived.

After several push backs and delays Kanye West finally releases his highly anticipated tenth studio album.

“DONDA” was originally supposed to be released last month, July 23, but the date was moved to August 6.

The album was scheduled to drop after his third listening event in Chicago on Thursday night, but was delayed because DaBaby’s manager refused to clear Baby’s verse on “Jail.”

The verse seems to have been cleared and the album is finally available on DSPs.

Loaded with 26-tracks (Yes), the long-awaited album features guest appearances from Lil Yachty, Playboi Carti, Travis Scott, Baby Keem, Kid Cudi, Young Thug, Vory, Kaycyy, Roddy Ricch, Lil Durk, 070 Shake, Westside Gunn, Conway the Machine, Jay Electronica, Sheek Louch, Jadakiss, Styles P., Larry Hoover, Jr., Jhe Rooga, Pop Smoke, Francis and the Lights, Sunday Service Choir, Don Toliver, and Lil Baby.

Jay-Z’s verse is still intact, despite fans prematurely speculating he had been dropped and replaced by DaBaby.

“DONDA” is Kanye West’s follow-up to 2019’s Jesus Is King. Named after and dedicated to Ye’s late mother, Donda West, who sadly passed away in 2007 from a reported pre-existing coronary artery disease alongside a slew of post-operative complications.

Fans can listen to “DONDA” below via Apple Music and Spotify.
